Discover the most authentic flavors of Mallorca in this gastronomic workshop designed to be enjoyed with all five senses. Throughout the activity, you will learn how to prepare a delicious traditional frito mallorquín with vegetables, following a classic recipe. The activity will take place outdoors at sunset, in the courtyard of the CRDO Binissalem headquarters, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere to enjoy cooking, wine, and the surroundings.

The workshop will be led by the chef of the APAEMA Ecoteca, Joan Toni Ripoll, who will guide you step by step in preparing the dish, working exclusively with local organic products.

The experience is completed with a tasting of DO Binissalem wines — one white and one red — interspersed throughout the workshop and the perfect complement to the tasting of the freshly prepared dish.
