Wine Days DO Binissalem 2026: Wine as a Meeting Point with Our Territory
We have concluded the thirteenth edition of Wine Days DO Binissalem, leaving behind ten days of experiences, encounters and shared moments that once again demonstrated that wine is one of the best ways to discover our territory, and that wine is much more than a product: it is culture, gastronomy, landscape and, above all, people.

From 22 to 31 May, the municipalities of DO Binissalem were filled with activity thanks to a programme that invited participants to experience wine from many different perspectives. During these days, wineries, vineyards, heritage sites and cultural venues opened their doors to bring the rich wine-growing tradition of our region closer to residents and visitors alike.

This year’s edition once again highlighted wine’s ability to connect people, landscapes and emotions, reinforcing its position as one of Mallorca’s leading wine tourism events. From the grand Wine Days Festival held in the Cloister of Sant Francesc in Palma, where wine, gastronomy and music by the group Eima came together for a truly special evening, to the more intimate experiences among the vineyards, each activity offered a unique way to engage with wine culture. Once again, more than 1,500 people enjoyed the wide range of activities featured in this new edition of Wine Days DO Binissalem.

Participating wineries once again took centre stage through visits, tastings and wine experiences, allowing visitors to discover first-hand the work behind every bottle and the unique character of wines produced under the DO Binissalem designation. Gastronomic experiences, including pairings with local products and initiatives such as Wine & Rice, once again demonstrated the close relationship between our wines and Mallorcan cuisine.

Wine Days also turned its attention to the landscape. Electric bike tours through the vineyards offered a sustainable and different way to discover the wine-growing environment, while activities such as Nordic Walking provided an opportunity to enjoy wine through relaxation and connection with nature.

Culture also played a prominent role. Poetry, storytelling, music, archaeological heritage and new ways of enjoying wine came together in a programme that included poetry readings, cultural gatherings, heritage visits, cocktail-making workshops and sunset experiences that added meaning and depth to every day.

One of the greatest strengths of Wine Days remains its ability to show that wine is part of something much broader: our history, our landscape, our gastronomy and our way of life.

DO Binissalem would like to thank all participating wineries, local councils, partner organisations, professionals, volunteers, quality-certified products from the Balearic Islands (IGP Sobrassada de Mallorca, IGP Almendra de Mallorca, DOP Queso Mahón-Menorca, DOP Oliva de Mallorca y DOP Oli de Mallorca) and all attendees who made this new edition possible. Thanks to their commitment, Wine Days continues to grow year after year and strengthen its position as one of Mallorca’s leading wine tourism events.
We bid farewell to this edition with the satisfaction of having shared, once again, the essence of our territory. Thank you for joining us on this journey through vineyards, culture and wine.
